Well, that's why I don't believe it. That every person subscribed to TIDAL actually spent three days listening to Lemonade non-stop is just not realistic. Stans have lives and jobs (I hope).
Also, the fact that TIDAL has reported fraudulent numbers in the past makes me doubt even more
