Aubrey has never been an Uncle Tom, especially when he's [a] biracial and [b] has never used his race as a means to push himself further at the expense of others. Now KANYE is more of an Uncle Tom at times; he may have some overt black~centric themes but he can be very problematic at times.
she's been here for seven (bedrock came out in 2009 and was her commercial breakthrough)
she was just on the cover of time magazine for time 100 like, shes so much bigger than every female rapper before her its not even funny. drake, however, is not the biggest male rapper of all time and they shouldn't be compared
She was literally 5% of BedRock and her contribution to the song didn't matter, the exaggeration of you calling it her commercial breakthrough.
Nicki can be the biggest female Rapper, but she's not bigger than Drake. Like... it's not a reach, it's the truth. Drake eclipsed her. They're both mainstream artists with huge fanbases like any other Pop Star, so let's stop trying to make this seem so unfair for her. If she was still selling like it was 2011 y'all wouldn't have no problem with the comparison to male rappers, but now when she's not one of the biggest sellers we can't compare.
I will forever hate Queen Azealia for sabotaging her own career. Like.. she literally had EVERYTHING going for her back in 2011/2012. 212 was a big hit in the UK/viral hit in the US, 1991 (EP) and Fantasea got critical acclaim, she was booked for several festival appearances and had a collaboration with ASOS. I cannot believe she let all of her success go to waste just because of Twitter beefs.
She had (and still does) have so much potential to become huge, but she really needs to get herself together.
A real innovator. Educated, strong, beautiful. Nowdays you got the supposed hottest rap chic getting nude all the times with silicone assets and peddling ****ographic imagery.
Lol Lauryn & her respectability politics. Nope
But ofc you like her as ur white and non~threatening to the status quo.
ugh, lauryn hill is such a nublack, you would think the fomos stanning for that fad to try and spite nicki would know shes a homophobe
like, if you wanna shove ankhs up your ass and preach about being better than other black women because you don't get your nails done alongside her, be my guest

no, but the fact that she can even be compared to male rappers is, again, more impressive than anything drake has ever done nicki is such a rap legend
Nicki's sold over five million albums worldwide with just three LP"s.
That's an incredible amount for a female rapper.
The "its good for a female rapper rebuttal" I know Regional mexican singers that have sold more then that with equal albums sold. cool for that though i guess
Dead @iggy being an empire when shes over and is the most hated artist right now. No one wants to be associated with her and lowkey is poison to whatever shes on. But Nicki is the only female rapper to ever have an empire.
Also mess @lauryn being a rapper. She's in the same category as Marg J Blige not Lil Kims and Missy Elliots.

You have to be more specific when you say "bigger". Honestly, the only thing Drake has on Nicki is sales and touring. Nicki still has more impact that Drake, she's more iconic than Drake and she'll most definitely be more remembered than Drake. When you look at Drake & Nicki's career achievements/accomplishments, who do you think will be more remembered? When it's all said and done, Nicki has accomplished far more greater things outside of sales, and her name/empire gets bigger and bigger with each era.
Like.. do you honestly believe that Drake will be more remembered than Nicki in the next 10 to 15 years?
