Is Evolzar Dolkka good to use?

Wanna know if I should buy a copy or two on Amazon to go with the one I have. His effect is pretty good, but I'm open to opinions.

It's very solid if you run a Dinosaur based build like Evolzars. Dino Rabbit was the most popular build that made good use of Dolkka and Laggia before all the limits completely made the deck unplayable.

Depends on what deck you will use.
Cuz in some decks it could be pretty pointless, since it is another of the "Solemn Warning" with legs.

No, actually they only said in "late 2016", then we heard rumors about 2017 instead.
And about the pack of cards in theaters I think we could get them in the first week of released, IF released in theater cuz we don't know anything yet.
