This is so stupid. It isn't like someone could use this as a legal defense... it's a story policy.
If someone was going to go through the effort to look like the opposite gender, they would've been doing it already. Trans people dress as the gender they identify, so I highly doubt a guy would get away with going into the girl's bathroom if he looked like a guy. And if he did, he would stick out like a sore thumb.
These people are incapable of even a little critical thinking
