I kind of chuckled for a second, it was just Trystane so it really didn't matter but why bother with it.? I will say I got a bit excited at the back to back deaths for the Martells.... technically, they are extinct just like House Baratheon...

Baratheon is gone, maybe one with Tommen but he has a death wish upon him, a bastard with Gendry buy he doesn't matter.

Lannister only has Cersei, Jamie and Tyrion... will they reproduce?
Tyrell has Margeary and Loras....
The Arryn just has Robin who is dying...
I think the reason they showed older Melisandre was a way of them showing she is powerful and when she brings back Jon Snow it won't be out of the blue
Yeah I am still in denial about Jon Snow's death.
Jon's clearly not permanently dead though. Everything's hinting at some kind of resurrection or whatyever.
Ugh I loved the episode. Started great, ended amazingly. Great season premiere.
But yeah like most of y'all, the Arya thing is rly annoying.
I somehow quite enjoyed the Dorne scenes this time. I do wonder what will happen now that Prince Doran is dead.

I'm guessing that they'll find some way to make them support/side with Daenerys. They made a point of saying that "weak men will never rule Dorne again" so maybe they'll back a strong woman.
