I can't give a definitive answer as to why a certain panel of radio listeners dislike 5H's music  But whatever sample they're using is clearly out-of-date with music trends, since callout scores have becoming less and less correlated with sales and streaming over time. That's why I haven't cared about them at all this era. Worth It did extremely well on pop radio with bad callout scores, and Work From Home is much bigger than it in terms of sales and streaming, so I have no reason to believe that it won't do just as well or better on pop.

Well not necessarily. I believe the callout scores have had an effect on certain songs on radio. That's why Pillowtalk and Cake By The Ocean are having huge resurgences in audience and why Meghan has been getting negative audience this last week bc her overall score has been lower than ours.

From what demographic are these scores even based? bc majority of the time, I see songs selling well and getting great views and streams which shows public interest but then the bad scores come in and that's enough for radio to determine whether or not it should be a hit on the formats?
