Kylie means NOTHING to anyone outside of Europe. Her music is vastly overrated by fomos. Madonna did everything she's ever done ten times better. She isn't a legend, she isn't remembered outside of one song, she isn't even the princess of Pop like Britney is. A gay icon at best and she always will be. Deal with it.
I mean he wrote a long, eloquent paragraph writing about all the different ways Prince was an inspiration, but of course the fomos will zoom in on that one line
Confessions on a Middling Album would probably soar in Europe. The Immaculate Collection would go #1 and I imagine the 80s albums (True Blue, Like A Virgin) would probably go very high too, since those are works people are most familiar with. I would hope Madonna and Like A Prayer would rise up but who can say?
Prince played the opening guitar giff on the song Like a Prayer but remained uncredited. I always thought he should have played the Black Jesus and started floating in the video

Now back to Prince.
Not being known in America doesn't mean she isn't an icon (the contrary is also true, not being known in Europe doesn't mean someone isn't one)
