Sure they're nice. But that what they are: cute, formulatic, predictable pop videos.
Beyonce doesn't have a distinctive creative mind. No bolness, no vision. That's why 99% of her videos consist of her looking "FIERCE!!!" in different sets and doing "FIERCE!!!" choreography, and the other 10% where she tried to do something bold was with stolen imagery (Countdown) or very cliche imagery (Formation)
