Well the difference is that Rihanna constantly produces fantastic music videos, so Needed Me doesn't really stand among her best. Now, for Gaga, that would be one of best videos ever but only because she sets the bar far too low.
I've posted so many hateful comments, dragged Rihanna so many times since her latest era started, but I have no problem with admitting she slayed my existence with this video.
