18% voted the last few days, and haven't made up minds at that point, while the 82% voted very early on, with 60%+ saying Hillary would win, so given that fact we could say that 60+% voted for Hillary.

If this conditions are all true, can someone do the math for us, considering the popular votes back in 2008?
