My law professor was explaining to us how this was exactly like the JoJo situation. It's going to suck in the long run for $hackle, but if she sticks to it she'll be out eventually. Even if the court dismisses the rape claims, the court will eventually see that Luke is only trapping her in for financial benefits (since she's his only successful artist) and Gregaros's argument that Luke offered her an 'elusive promise' will become apparent.
She will pull through in the end, I'm 100% sure about this.
