People acting like Bernie is attacking Clinton's character when he says she's not qualified. He's attacking her ideology that she's running on.
It's obviously a pun on her attacks on him trying to disqualify him.
Again, these are very light attacks by Sanders tbh. And yes her campaign is trying to insinuate that he's "unqualified". Their proof is that interview meanwhile it's already been fact checked and shows that Bernie was mostly right, especially when it comes to how to handle the banks.

at Bernie only being down by 6 points in PA now with three weeks still left to go until that. I was told it would be a blowout for Clinton.
