Elephant became pretty popular at the time it was released, it's kind of a indie classic. I just hope they don't decline in quality ala the Arctic Monkeys to have gp appeal but I don't think that's part of their goals anyway, even tho their fanbase is already fuming at Rihanna for covering them.
