I think she only signed up for 3 movies.
She took this role, even before "The Hunger Games", to get more famous and well know, so that she could collab with some high profile directors.
Now that she doesn't need the exposure anymore, there's no point for her to continue doing franchise movies, especially since she has already been in two big franchises at such a young age.
Plus the process of getting blue is very very exhausting since it apparently takes hours.
and The Wolverine was cute. That's not a bad run of films at all.
