No sooner than Thursday but as Cupid said, there's some updates happening that day. So it could be a little longer but keep checking in since they should be announcing when + users get in.

It's been explained on basically every page for the past 2 days. It'd be easier to just have a read.. no shade - At the moment it's just staff + primary users. HQ users will get in next (no date yet - a few days is needed to give feedback and update things), then HQ users will get invites to give to regular members.

It's staff + primary testers only for the time being. They just had a good update today and will have some more coming in tomorrow.

ATRL + users and their invitees will be the next one coming in when it's time. Unless you've been a + user or have someone invite you when it's time, you're SOL.
