CNN is saying 41%, Guardian saying 0%, both have basically the same results. I wouldn't trust CNN's percentages. They have been way too high every primary/caucus.
There were around 500k votes total in 2008 primary. So far there are 185,000 votes in just from early voting in maricopa county. Hillary holds 50k vote lead

I think CNN is counting early voting ballots too. They have to be. Actual precincts are just now being counted tho

It is based off of the assumption that there will be a little less than 500k votes.
