The parking lot scenes were actually filmed first before SM decided to scrap this concept and filmed a new MV with a brand new concept (the corrupted one). They obvisouly had to reshoot few scenes for the MV and decided to use footages from the original concept.
Which means, they shot Mr.Mr mv 3 times. Poor girls, no wonder they look bored and annoyed.
