Ke$has contract gives her really poor royaltys and very limited creative freedom and is locked for 8 albums, a risk she thought was worth it when she was signed (being fat ugly and talentless no one else looked twice) but now that shes flopping and the limited royalties are even smaller she wants out. luke who still makes decent money off ke$ha tracks (probably more than her) said naw and now she faked rape accusations trying to force him to drop her. #freeluke

She got introduced to that David Sonenberg guy and he looked over her contract and told her how terrible it was. He promised her a better deal or something like that
