Geragos has been saying "we have witnesses!!1 they're comin' forward y'all!!11!" since 2014 and yet still not a single person has stepped forward. According to Pebe only Max was in the room during some of the abuse and he's not going to betray his prodige like that.
As far as I'm concerned they have literally NO evidence and are hoping to get through as many stages as possible before they have to admit this / their cover is blown and then it's smooth sailing for Luke & co. because they have literal receipts of potential blackmail in the form of those emails.
I don't trust Mark either... the way he's handled this case seems off. Kesha will be fine tho, Sony has to pressure Luke into letting her go due to the overwhelming support she has received. At least I hope that's what happens.
The overwhelming support that lasted approximately 72 hours. Maybe give or take half a day. Sony aren't going to do ANYTHING within the first month just in case it all blows over (which it pretty much has).
So what's going on with her situation then... is she just waiting for 2017 now? Gaga was just speaking about Kesha yesterday, so the support is still there. I'm just not sure what's going on legally for her.
I don't mean to be a bitch but if we're honest her career has been over for a while now, her losing the injunction was just the final nail in the coffin and the celeb support was just a bit of mourning that fell on deaf ears. It's tea.
***$ha just needs to give in and record under Sony. Talk to them. They're not gonna free her, and waiting for the 2017 case is a giant waste of time as it will most likely not prosper.
