The Monsters do not use shields. The ATRL Army basically vanished into thin air after Britney Jean. Then-Knee fans suddenly "stanned" for Katy, Enya, Madonna, Rihanna, Lana, etc. to spite people above Britney, like Beyoncé and Gaga, for example. This is why everyone hates on Knee fans. They don't have the backbone to be honest about their love for her.
