I don't know much about the situation so you might as well clock me if you see fit, but what exactly would Kesha achieve from lying?

Now the simplest answer would be publicity, but then again I feel like the cons would outweigh the pros? If anything she had the best producer for generic #1 pop music in her team, why would she want to throw that away if her end goal was always to stir up publicity and be successful with her next single / album.
