Bernie shifted on guns, pretty starkly, because Hillary was very clear to the left of him on that issue. Most other issues, she just shifted to the left like any other politician, or presented herself more to the left. Her opinion didn't change.

This happens in every single election though... Candidates in the GOP are trying to out-right the other... That literally means nothing... None of her stances starkly changed like Senator Sanders did on guns, she just became more pronounced or more left in how she presented them. Mainly because that might hurt her in the GE because she wants to still be seen as more moderate and not as an extreme liberal, which is fine.
