Goodness. After School Red was everything. Imagine if In The Night Sky was a full group comeback for a repackage of Virgin. The B-side was on fire too. Would have been an amazing repackage with all four songs from the Red and Blue singles.
Was hoping it'd be more dancey/boppy, carry on with the Korean MJ thing and what not
There's too many ~mid-tempos~ in the first half of the album wyd SM
The album kind of picks up pace in the 2nd half tho
Press Your Number is okay, I see the Bruno influence, but it lacks a bit as a "single"
****, a Lolita Storm-inspired drumbreak? Between this and the fantastic "Why" from last year, 4TEN are establishing themselves a girl group who put out great singles.
I feel like Sistar or Purfles would be the only groups i can think of that would've slayed something like that happening
Having watched too many fancams from all sorts of random events big and small, featuring a wide range of acts from Apink veterans to freshly squeezed nugu rookies, this thing happens a lot. And generally, I've yet to see anyone be too flustered.
SISTAR would have done really well if the audio cut out lbr. It's less about outstanding vocals with that sort of thing than the ability to plough through and have the personality to keep it going. Like EXID, they had the quirkiness and charisma to keep going after a few seconds of confusion when they didn't have the backing vocals. LE and Hani laughed, ad-libbed, and kept going despite being kinda eh singers.
The ones that would truly struggle would be groups like Lovelyz and maybe Gfriend, I can picture them totally freaking out if the audio cocked up and I don't think they'd know what to do.
Oh okay. I didn't want to say anything bc I didn't want to come off like I'm pushing that stereotype but he looked just like ChimChim in some parts of that video Now that Exzime pointed it out, I can see the similarities between him and Jin too.
