She sometimes backs out of negotiations or cancels before tickets are available, but if it gets to the point where tickets are put on sale, it's locked and she won't cancel or postpone unless she's absolutely just physically unable to perform (which has happened only one time in her career).

Personally I would say about halfway between the mainstage and the Bey-Stage.

With a stadium sized stage you'll lose out on the view at some point in the show, so at least in the middle yes she won't look like a dot compared to being at the front/BeyHive pit when she's at the BeyStage. It'll also be nice to take in the entire visual of the show further back too.

I was reviewing her set list from the MCSWT on Live Nation or ticketmaster and they had that she went to Israel in 2014. Obviously she didn't so it's possible that this time was a false alarm too
