Yeah, but again, they do this at frat parties too. Everyone knows there's E, Molly, Percocet, etc. in the drinks. They just want to get high + often you can see the crushed up bits in it. It's different than the drinks being spiked with rohypnol.
Not every frat is the same, again. And the people in each frat aren't the same. I'm in a frat (not a social one), and the culture can be gross, but it depends on the people.
