Yes, clean house. Fire them.
HOWEVER, the team can only do so much.
It doesn't take a genius to look at the dates on a calendar and realize when the album was set to be released and how much promo/rehearsal time is allotted.
What really is discouraging to fans is that you can show up to every perfume, sock, shoe, lipstick, pasta bowl and coconut water launch or grand opening event, but yet the general perception is that THE ACTUAL MUSIC is not a priority.
It's seemingly a game to her and she could care less.
That hurts.
