I just say I like it and acknowledge the lack of originality. That's what I do with Halsey and Tove Lo.
The only reason Lord couldn't maintain Her dominance in singles is because the rest of the songs on the album are blah. Maybe New Romantics and the rest of the bonus tracks. The rest? Cannot believe She is wasting Her time wth Out of the Charts.
Appreciating Katy doesn't mean you can't appreciate other things. People that pretend not to like songs to fit into SYG or maintain some kind of air of superiority are the worst.
