That's totally acceptable / expected for a reissue single. Kesha's WRWWR was the same, peaked in its first week. Bey's 7/11 peaked in its second. It did its job, generated hype and kept the era momentum going.

Anyway, we have no reason to trust Katy anymore

Greg Kurstin is the best producer on PRISM.
Ditch Luke, work only with Max. more Kurstin and start working with Ryan Tedder. Guaranteed smashes with more acclaim.

No to literally all this. 2/3 Luke Tracks. No Max Tracks. 1 Spiritual with Kurstin. No Tedder; he's been overused for nearly a decade.
Diplo/Skrillex = 6ish tracks. 2 Bloodshy Tracks (admit it; Love Me had amazing production). And have a TD length album

Not Diplo and Skrillex. You want Artpop 2.0? Avoiding EDM at all costs is the smartest thing.

Take out Max too and I agree 100%.
Greg, Ryan, Benny and Diplo for mainstream producers, plus some lesser known ones.

I wonder if Katy will be a producer on more songs for this album. She co-produced 0 on TD but 2 on PRISM, so that's something (even though BTGOG production is tragic)

Her past production credits have likely just been standing over the producer's chair saying "no, use that sound over this one" or "put the fade in here, not there" etc. Her production credit on By The Grace of God was probably just her saying "it needs a bigger chorus, the kids won't like it" and Greg trying things until Katy approved.
I wouldn't hold out for many production credits on KP4.

I hope this album will sound very very different. She should work with new producers only.
Although it will probably be exactly like Prism.

She needs some Stargate, too. Something like OG (ITW) or WMN?, they have flawless productions

Just heard about the RIAA now certifying albums for track sales and streams. Do we have proper estimates for OOTB, TD and PRISM's new certifications?

My Guesstimates are:
PRISM = 1.75M Sales + 22 (rounded up to 23) Single Certifications for TEA and SEA = 4 x Platinum
Teenage Dream = 3.05M Sales + 47 (rounded up to 50) Single Certifications with TEA and SEA = 8 x Platinum
One of the Boys = 1.75M Sales + 14.5 (rounded up to 15) Single Certifications with TEA and SEA = 3 x Platinum

I think they're waiting on a few to stack up. Didn't someone spill that it costs X amount of money to certify singles/albums no matter if you have 1 new cert or 10, so it's smarter to wait until you can certify multiple things in the same transaction? Or am I making this up?

Well my theory, and I'm probably wrong but eh, is that the Singles have all been certified based on sales and sale equivalent streams, take Dark Horse for instance which is 10xPlatinum, or has been certified for 10M Sale+Track Equivalent Streams, and if you add the 10M Track Equivalent Streams + Sales to PRISM's number, you'll get 2.7M Albums + Track Equivalent Albums (Sales + Equivalent Streams).
I counted up all the certifications for each single under each album (so for Prism I would get all the certifications for R, U, DH, B, TIHWD) and did what I did up there with Dark Horse with all of them, if that makes any sense.
And the certification numbers (eg; Teenage Dreams 47xP) I rounded up based on how many singles there were and the leftover sales and streams that would be equivalent.

That's actually a great way to estimate, because it isn't easy to know how many streams come from the US. Well done
