I don't think that people are thinking like that, except for John. Also, Danniella comes off as incredibly genuine to me, like she seems to enjoy everyone to varying degrees (Stephanie is the exception, but it's slowly changing because they're similar in the sense that Danniella was like her when she was younger), and I think her nominating Tiffany is consistent with who she's bonded with the most in the house. Nominating someone doesn't mean that you dislike the person at all. Like Scotty T has nominated Stephanie a few times (including this time), and he still enjoys her company for the most part
