This song is horrendous. It actually gives me second hand embarrassment for both Rihanna and Drake. Especially when it's the result of over of year of pushbacks.This is all she could come up with? Saying "Work Work Work Work Work Work" over a basic island inspired beat? Really? What is ANTI about this? It's the same thing she's been doing her entire career. Actually, it's worse. And it's probably one of Drake's worst verses ever as well. Whoever in Rihanna's camp decided this should be the first single is dumb. Yes, this will sell decently, yes the radio will play it, but when do they not play basic catchy singles from well known singers? As much as I don't respect Rihanna as an artist, I DID expect more from this, and I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised. Maybe next time.
