I don't believe it's Fergie, but she's definitely big enough. However long it's been, she's still a power for radio from previous success. Deep ties with Ryan's circle, iHeartRadio in general plus Interscope backing. A lot of hot names are rumored/confirmed for her album. L.A.LOVE was a modest success too. Got spots in 2015 Chrysler ads, Kardashian shows and featured on 2K16.

Again, don't think it's her. But it wouldn't be hard to do. She's not Gwen/Nelly.
