If people are willing to cut checks he's willing to do it. It's not his fault he is in such high demand and everybody wants him on their songs. But he also explained how it depends on how close he is to you (how much he charges) and how a lot of the rappers/R&B singers are friends so sometimes they will do favors for one another, etc. He's super generous and sweet

Features are a huge part of rap/hip hop. So it's really not that big of a deal or out of the ordinary. There are some rappers that are super selective (a la Andre 3000) but a lot of them arent.

Try telling the NBA to hire more white, Latino, Chinese or Eskimo basketball players and see the backlash. And by the way, why doesn’t Spike Lee return his honorary Oscar if he’s so incensed? If people make better movies, they will be rewarded. That’s as simple as it can be.
