Imo all of the seasons had great elements, for example
1.Murder House was the great intro of a series, sets the mood. It's creepy and interesting.
2.Asylum was the best in terms of storyline and originality, the twists and the mix of Satan, Aliens, WW2, creatures.
3.Coven wasn't as scary as the other ones but it had great quotes and it was mostly a fun season.
4.Freak Show was not scary rather than feeling sympathy for the "creatures".
5.Hotel was the worst season but it had great characters, there wasn't any focus only on a specific character.
I enjoyed Hotel a lot more than MH. MH was a nice intro to the series but Hotel had something different and unique about it. Hotel remains my 2nd fave season after Queen Asylum

That whole ghost stuff is flawed.
Ghosts like the ones in the murder house or the hotel can show themselves and walk free on halloween. They are stuck in one place and cant go to hell or heaven. But whats with john for example, who died on the streets. He probably is in his hell or heaven now. But why is he on earth on devils night and halloween? Is he trapped on the street he died the rest of the year or does he just get beamed to eart once its devil night?
And isn't Queenie technically a ghost too since she died in the Hotel? Or did she go to her Hell?
