NO he better NOT, because he can't write for black women, much less ONE black woman in particular, for ****.

If she's the lead, it's gonna be Jessica part TWO, except instead of a raging substance-abusing H.B.I.C. with too much emotional baggage that everyone's sick of, it's gonna be an ultra-sassy, hammy, scenery-devouring sassy black-best-friend-gone-heroine.

And believe me, while I know Angela would be a fantastic actress in a lead role on this show, and while that character was good one time, it's not gonna be cute a fourth time in Ryan's hands.

Desiree was very annoying and Ramona felt like a filler , frankly the Swedish meatballs felt like more important characters than her. Ryan either make Angele play important character like Coven or dont bring her at all, cuz the misusage of Angela's skills is crime that Ryan's bleached ass cannot commit for 3rd time in row.

I don't think Ramona was filler at all, she's one of the best characters of Hotel IMO. The whole story about her parents really got to me Pretty powerful story.

I re-watched the season over the past week or so and I have to say, I'm a bit mad Sally got payed so much dust. We only got a brief back story about her days as a junkie musician. We should have learned more about her childhood and upbringing, to explain why she turned out the way she did.

If you watch Glee, American Horror Story and Scream Queens you'll realize that black women have the same attitude, tone, personality and accent. If they're not comedic relief, then they're angry and disrespectful. Until he realizes how to step away from stereotypes and how to create multidimensional characters that are not ruled by their race, then he should not even bother putting Angela as lead. I'm afraid it will be more embarrassing than pleasant to watch.
