It's an old game called "Guess Who?". You can only ask closed questions with a yes or no answer and in the original game, you lay the faces down that you don't think refer to the person. You're then left with one person. Guess correctly, and win.



For the purpose of Big Brother, the point is that the housemates are making judgements about each other. It was supposed to stir **** again because some of them would have claimed some are lazy etc, leading to arguments. Gemma ruined it tho.
