I was trying to decide who I wanted to perform the inevitable Bowie tribute at the Grammys. It's tough to say if they'll go with a pop tart (a la Gaga), a legend (a la Madonna), or some indie or rock artist (didn't he work with Arcade Fire?).

I kinda think I want LORDE involved in it, though.

Neither her nor Madonna deserved their award (that said, Madonna's was for a far more important category as part of a major A List globally successful Hollywood film whereas Gaga's was for a panned niche cable TV show, which in itself is a kii). The Globes are notorious star****ers and, along with shows like the AMAs, PCAs, etc, one of the shows where you can actually fairly easily buy nominations (how do you think Joy got nominated for Comedy/Musical this year? How do you think The Tourist got nominated? Look up their scandals too). They just tend to award the biggest star and whoever will give them the biggest headlines and unfortunately QUEEN Kirsten Dunst has not pandered to the Hollywood machine enough to be a bigger star than MudGa.

That said, Melancholia >>> Gaga's entire body of work in every art form and genre, so QUEEN Kirsten wins.
