Representatives probably suggested that she grieves in her own way but remembers that this is her one and only chance to be on TV for four weeks. With the events that have already taken place, she can make a lot more money off Bowie's name.
I realise how cold that sounds but that's just how I see it - like she's lost an old friend or something. Potentially she didn't even know David had cancer, and her son must have, so that shows how important she was within the Bowie / Jones fam.
Michael's death hit the house. I remember the housemates devastated about it. I'm interested to see how the sudden news affects the house because it'll be a bit of information that they do hear about from the outside (not just a loss in pop culture).

Yeah she indicated she's in no way close to David and her son anymore so I see why she wouldn't feel a rush to leave as it's not like she'd be invited to the funeral. He's just someone from her past. Though I'm sure she's mourning in her own way but we also have to keep in mind that she is an older woman so she probably deals with death and mourning in her own way.
