A lot of the elderly like Lady GaGa. She's made Tony Bennett relevant again, which has made their hit songs from the 30s and 40s semi-relevant again. Who'd have thought one of the most acclaimed and known brands in the industry would dare sing Cheek to Cheek at the Grammys or sing a medley of Julie Andrews/TSOM songs at the Oscars?
LG's Oscar performance is so touching. You can tell how hard the backlash she had in most of 2013 and 2014 hurt her, she was so taken aback by the standing ovation from the most talented artists in the industry. LOVE watching a good underdog succeed.
