Britney dropped her kids, got drunk infront of them every night, did drugs around them, didn't feed them, put them in the front seat with her driving, and even had mental breakdowns infront of them for a year or two before having them taken. All of this was publicly documented. It's clear the justice system has its flaws with punishing parents unfortunately.
