Dragon/ Water makes more sense. There isn't anything "Grass" about it
Power WHip was probably added to the movepool because of its dex entry (it attacks with its pigtail horns so guess they work like whips)

The starters and the eeveelutions are two completely different things. With Eeveelutions, say if Vaporeon was in the regional dex, that automatically means that all other eevelutions will be in the dex too. The same thing applies to starters from the same region; Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise etc, but not all starters. Blaziken is an exception because he wasn't actually in the regional dex and was an event Pokemon only at the time.

This theory sticks until a game comes where out of the three starters in the regional dex only 1 or 2 get megas.

Speaking of Pokemon with stupid typings, Lugia needs to be WATER in its primal or mega form when it happens. Give it some kind of electric immunity with some new ability or something.

EDIT: or have Fire, Electric and Ice do neutral damage to it.

still it doesnt matter... them being on the dex doesnt mean they have all to get mega....and as blaziken worked they can work that way too.. why not?

The problem is that some Pokemon seem to be more than two types (Flygon could be Dragon/Ground/Bug, Lugia could be Water/Flying/Psychic).

But we don't want them to get a third type, that would be a complete mess.

Yeah, it would be easy to give them megas in the order they were released. Vaporeon/Jolteon/Flareon first, Epspeon/Umbreon second, Glaceon/Leafeon third.

Blaziken worked because he was not in the dex. The same would only work for eeveelutions if Eevee was not in the dex and as far as we know, she'll be in the Z dex assuming the use of Sylveon.

i dont really care for eeveelutions to get mega anyway they are great as they are all they need is better move pool and thats something that can be corrected easily...i just want one eeveelution for each type...
