A little bit, but I've always hated it before Trump began his rants. It's mostly because my homophobic/racist dad has the same name and I can't / don't want to be associated with him.

The way you said that reminds me of the reason why I got that nick name. We were at a tennis match, and I was playing against this gay kid (he was ugly af and fem af) and he kept calling me daddy during the match when I would slam the ball on his side of the court and he couldn't get to it in time. After the match, he congratulated me and told me that he wished I was his daddy and it was so damn awkward. I just walked away and my partner told everyone and that's how the nickname stuck.

I feel like there were many other gay kids that played, but they just didn't make it obvious, like I did. The fact that the kid who called me daddy thought I was straight and asked me not to punch him still makes me kii.


There was this jacked kid from a prep school though that I really wanted to get close to but I didn't know if he was gay or not. He just stared at me a lot and smiled whenever I looked at him during the match. We could have been cool for the summer.
