The site was founded on a show that featured primarily pop music because of its orientation toward top 40. Its focus will remain on pop music, albeit within a greater scope of pop culture, but it will likely continue to attract mainly fans of women in Top 40.

I feel you on that one. I apply every time too. I thought my no ban history and years on the site would put me as a front runner, but nope.

I mean I slip up sometimes (rarely), but i'd be a lot more conservative with my posts/behavior if I ever became a moderator. Although, now that I basically dragged moderation in my help request it may not happen anytime soon. Nnnnn.
