It's mainly just the new characters but it helps to know who Han and Leia are. Other than that it's all brand new stuff.

I was low key hoping they'd kiss when he came out of that fighter jet tbh.

Also, loved the movie in 3D. Which is rare for me. Great film overall.

Only qualm was how easily Phasma de-armed the weapon. You'd think it would require two people, but hey, it's Hollywood

And since that's my only qualm, then I think it was a rather good movie. I'm gonna try and see it again this week.

Just got back from seeing it and I really enjoyed it. The ties to the older films and the familiar faces were awesome and the visual effects were spectacular. The action was also great too. Definitely one of my favourites this year.
