Hasn't it been established that the last red devil is the other twin? I mean Boone was close with the other rd. That's why he looked so betrayed when he was actually killed. If the red devil was was Grace I don't think he would feel betrayed because they barely knew each other. I still think it's #5

Maybe Grace and Boone had a plan to save them by kidnapping them or messing with them? Gigi probably wanted everyone related to Kappa House dead but Grace and Boone both made friends there.

Grace knocked out Pete because he's innocent in all this and Boone kidnapped Zayday from being murdered by Gigi or someone? Also, that could be why Chad was always saved.

I fail to see how this ridiculous logic works. It's obvious in all regards that Grace is the killer, and Ryan said it was obvious, and said there was a hint/line in the pilot that absolutely EXPOSED the killer and it would make sense in the finale, and Keke said it was obvious, and the only reason no one realized it until now is because Ryan tricked us all into thinking that it wasn't obvious.

Also, during the Chanel part, y'all probably noticed this but it looks like the RD mask is broken and falling. I remember a cast member posted a picture of Kappa house getting wrecked, it seems like they might be going with that ending. Do any of y'all have it?

As for the second part, I saw that in the preview, but the Kappa house being wrecked isn't a part of the show. They tore down the set because they're done filming.

It doesn't, but it doesn't need to, because Zayday being kidnapped was literally never a part of their plans. Zayday was kidnapped because Boone wanted to seduce her, and that's why Gigi said "he needs to go" at the end of episode 5 to the other Red Devil who was GRACE, and then continued to yell at GRACE on the phone in episode 7 that they needed to get rid of him since he was ruining their plan. And then, GRACE killed Boone at the end of episode 9.

I wanted to talk about likability, which is one of those unfair things women in Hollywood are expected to be, but men aren’t. But you’ve made sort of a habit of playing women who aren’t exactly nice — is that a conscious choice?
ER: No. For example, with Chanel and Madison from American Horror Story, what I love is that Ryan [Murphy, who created both shows] created these female characters that were very unapologetic and even if that meant that they weren’t always right, they still had their opinion an they stuck by it. And I thought that was really cool. With Chanel, people would always ask me, “How do you play her, she’s so mean.” And I was like, “I don’t agree with what she’s saying, but I respect the fact that she has her opinion and she’s outspoken and she isn’t afraid of being unlikable.” And that’s something that I think is cool with my girlfriends and stuff, when you are who you are and you’re unapologetic about it, there’s something that you have to admire about it, even if you don’t necessarily agree.

ER: There’s only one episode left, isn’t there? The Red Devil will be revealed soon and it’s pretty shocking. Every week the show kept us guessing, we would get scripts and we would read them like we were fans because we had no idea what was going on.

I’m sure there’s no amount of money I could offer you to get you to reveal who the Red Devil is.
ER: Yeah, I’ll tell you, do you want to know? [Laughs] No way. I can tell you it could very well be Chanel, I’ll tell you that.

Did you ever figure it out before you got the last script?
ER: All of us kind of had our theories; I guessed it right, but that was only after I guessed everybody else but that person, so I don’t think that really counts.

Was there anybody who had, early on, a dead-on guess for what was going on?
ER: Not really, because the Red Devil was going to take a different direction at one point, so we all thought the show was going one way and then there was a curveball thrown at all of us, which is that there’s more than one Red Devil, so at that point we all had to reconvene our theories. I always thought it would be funny if it wasn’t Chanel because to me it’s like, “Oh, she’s just insane.” Because it would almost make more sense if she was the Red Devil, because she’s so crazy, but she’s actually just crazy.

Some tea from Emma's Yahoo interview.. I think this confirms for us it's not Chanel because of the last part. And also a mess at her saying she pulled a Grace and guessed literally everyone until one of them turned out to be the killer.
