I'll be 100% honest I would prefer for someone else like Grace to be the killer since it would make the show a lot more interesting, but personally I think that, from all the spoilers and outside sources I've read, Pete must be the killer.
There is so much more ground and relevancy to everything with it being Grace instead of a trans incestual Pete. What was the point of the Grace half-sibling reveal? There's no way they're going to an incest direction
