Rihanna was still recording TTT & Unapologetic a few weeks (2 in UA's case) before release. But obviously this is just completely different.
Most artists have their album at least 95% done and maybe throw a bonus track or a great song if they get it right before the final deadline.
I assume Rihanna expected a finished album by March.
I just hope that we don't have to wait too long for the rooms.
