You should compare artists that started in the same era/league. For EX: Chris being the WINNER of the mid-2000s R&B boys, Britney being the LOSER of the bubblegum pop gang.

He is undeniabley the biggest Male R&B artist this decade. Without a doubt. Without a question. We know album sales suck and R&B hardly sells anymore period (Unless it's coming from a white). Plus factor in the fact that he beat Rihanna on top of that, obviously his sales aren't going to be what they could. You're going to have to accept and get over that. He's still huge.
