I have to write this formal letter disputing medical records that claim my friend (I say friend but he just lives in the neighbourhood) can walk 200m unaided. He was examined by a doctor that was not qualified to examine his foot injury.
On the basis that he walked from the waiting room to the doctor, the report claims he can walk unaided for a much longer distance, which is factually false as he currently uses the aid of an Air Walker and sometimes a crutch. Also the report says because he can stand for 10 minutes (which he was asked to do), he can therefore stand for an hour, again, unaided.
I'm also including them stating a professional wasn't available and they had previously cancelled the appointment twice.
I'd like them to
try and win the case.
