Her and Swift recently had lunch in London, as Adele supports Swift's position on Apple Music and Spotify, so I don't think this was so much a "shade" at Taylor as it was referencing the fact Adele would rather not reveal the names of her exes. Adele and Taylor are friends from what I understand.
