I'm not saying that Britney WON'T be number 1, because I honestly am never right predicting, but his argument is that Miley and Britney are much CLOSER in digital numbers for this week, with a considerably smaller gap seperating them. Since Miley has larger streaming AND larger airplay than Britney, there's a possibility she will be number one on the H100.
